Because each Cupid$ Love piece is made with intention, care, and limited availability, we maintain a strict policy to protect the integrity of our brand and the exclusivity of our collections.

🚫 All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited-edition nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please double-check your order details, sizing, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect (wrong item or size sent)

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will either:

• Send a replacement (if available), or

• Issue a store credit

📦 Return Shipping

For approved returns, we’ll provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or is damaged.
